1. Acceptance of Terms

You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Drimlask permitting commercial use. You agree not to:

5.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Drimlask grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform content solely for your personal educational use. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any content.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or otherwise provide any content to the platform, you grant Drimlask a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Access to certain courses or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize Drimlask to charge the specified amount using your selected payment method.
6.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase. Please review the applicable refund terms before completing any transaction. Drimlask reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time.
6.3 Subscription Renewals
Where applicable, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings and cancellation.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. Drimlask does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers

Drimlask does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drimlask and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Drimlask's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to Drimlask in the twelve months preceding the claim.
